Ogni progetto a lungo termine, ogni ipotesi che tenga conto di una declinazione del tempo al futuro viene vista come perdente. Un euro non guadagnato oggi è un euro perso domani. Questo è l´imperativo del nostro Paese che vede coincidere mentalità dell´imprenditoria legale e criminale.
Per difendere il Paese, per continuare a respirare, è necessario comprendere che in molte parti del territorio il cancro non è una sventura ma è causato da una precisa scelta decretata dall´imprenditoria criminale e che molti, troppi, hanno interesse a perpetrare.
O quello delle ecomafie diventa il tema principale della gestione politica del Paese, o questo veleno ci toglierà tutto ciò che aveva permesso di riconoscere il nostro territorio. La speranza è che questo allarme venga ascoltato, e che non si aspetti di sentire la puzza che affiori dalla terra, che tutto perda di luce e bellezza, che il cancro continui a dilagare prima di decidersi a fare qualcosa. Perché a quel punto sarebbe davvero troppo tardi. E coloro che sono stati chiamati i grandi diffamatori del Paese sarebbero rimpianti come Cassandre colpevolmente inascoltate.
