Salmon Patties No Eggs

Did you know ...? The text is published

Friday, June 18, 2010 were presented the results of the annual dossier of Legambiente and the movement to protect consumers on "Pesticides in the Pot 2010" (compiled on the basis of official data provided by ARPA, and local health laboratories Zooprophylactic) by which the picture is very encouraging in terms of security of what we eat.

from data collected this year in fact, there were some interesting cases can happen to us ... to buy a beautiful bunch of grapes with attached white Sicilian than 9 residues of pesticides!

Or give us one good bottle of white wine from Friuli ... ma peccato che anche qui albergano 6 residui chimici.

Legambiente in the dossier, said that fruits and vegetables are at risk. Topping the list are the grapes, pears and peaches. 31% of the clusters examined contained pesticides, 12% of fruits other dangerous chemical residues.

Emilia Romagna indicates an irregularity on a muscle sample of turkey (about 7 total) with traces of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs);

Lazio and Tuscany report the irregularities 11, 1% samples of rabbit, 1, 8% of samples of cow's milk, 0.7% of samples of buffalo milk, the 1, 8% of sheep and goat milk, 18.8% of fresh milk;

In Sydney, 3.7% dei campioni di latte bovino, il 2,4% di uova di gallina e lo 0,8% di campioni di muscolo bovino risultano non conformi per la presenza di diossine e dl-PCB (PCB diossina-simili);

... but do not worry Coldiretti advised to turn to organic products ... which are home safe? Who we guarantee it? How you can be sure of the farming methods used? Or, in the final analysis, urban gardens ... but please! Nor is it necessary to reaffirm the ban or reduce spraying of insecticides and pesticides ...

As you browse the search for Legambiente, the only certainty is that you have a shopping list shrinks more and more . And not just for economic opportunity ...

When I tell my little son who was a campaign via Petrarca (Villanova), where farmers grew the delights of the garden and sit where the eggs from the hens went straight into my hands (and in my mouth), he looks at me as if I were an alien amazed! But I am sure he will not bat an eyelash if I told you that "... today we are going to buy the fruit in pharmacy,"

The real joke is that Italy spends through the Regions for Health Italian € 107 billion in total or 22.5% of the total expenditure of the Italian State, and showed us when we are dealing with evil, entrusting to our care of the Human Health Professionals Doctors but then forget about what happens when we eat ...

The thing I'm most amazed that, you discover that the treatment of foods, those that we serve every day, is entrusted to the gentlemen who must take charge of nothing but write in a notebook. It

alas, you read that right! But what good is having the amateurs armed with notebooks to ensure the health of a food product in the country? In my opinion, to anything, especially if the compiler is a dilettante who handle chemicals without their university preparation.

The book is called, listen well: "Book of Campaign! It is not a fairy tale ...

In fact, the Italian State, according to established DPR 23/4/2001 n. 290 and as explained in the next Circular 30/10/2002 - Methods of application of art.42 DPR 23/4/2001, published in the ordinary supplement to Official Gazette dated 03.05.2003 (and therefore operational), in reference to use of plant protection products and adjuvants for plant protection products, defines the mandatory annotation of these treatments in the company, in a single registry of treatments performed during the year, called "Notebook of campaign."

Now you understand?

lords running with a notebook in hand and write about their work, the doses used in their own fund, without any obligation if you do not put their name! fund data, date, product and the amount used ... But please, a real boiata! But a professional, for cultivation, a doctor of forestry must affianchino these gentlemen? And no, otherwise it is finished we are in the country ... cacchiorolandia

A country where about half the cost of Italians are anonymous, with the purchase of goods for which it is not obligatory to label the origin and therefore the real possibility that fraud is at risk! It is important to include among the priorities of the Government, the measures of tracking, thus enabling the consumer to know ...

Cercate regione Campania. Buona lettura!
