Ma questo lo confesseranno soltanto ai nostri nipoti. Tuttavia sorge spontaneo il sospetto che il nostro cibo non sia per noi quel che si definisce una cura ricostituente…

Certo, non tutti i residui vanno nel nostro organismo ma spesso una parte di questi veleni, prosegue legambiente, è talmente forte e resistente agli agenti esterni da infischiarsene anche dei più accurati lavaggi.
Benvenuti quindi alla tavola dei multi contaminati…

Un segnale incoraggiante è appena arrivato dal Parlamento Europeo che ha votato finalmente a favore dell'obbligo di indicare il luogo di origine/provenienza per carne, ortofrutticoli freschi e, appunto, per i prodotti lattiero caseari.
